When you hit Submit you are taken to step 3.

Upload Insurance

You will now upload your proof of insurance.

When you hit Submit you are taken to step 4.

Pay Deposit

Pay  your $250 deposit.

We will contact you within 24 hrs to go over the details of your booking.

After selecting your dates, fill out the form. When you hit Send you will be directed to our Secure Reservation page to complete the reservation process.

Reservation Details


Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. A deposit of $250 is required to secure a van. Full rental charges are payable when you pick up the van. Minus the $250 deposit amount.

Payments must be made by credit card. There will be a $1000 security deposit hold on your card. You will not be charged unless you return the van damaged or dirty.

After you make your reservation, you will be directed to a page to upload your proof of insurance. This page also has directions on how you can email proof of insurance directly to us. You will then be directed to the Secure Payment page to confirm your booking and pay your deposit.

We will call you within 24 hours to confirm your details, give you directions or see if you need a ride from the airport.


Cancelations must be made at least 7 days in advance to get your full deposit of $250 returned to you.

Cancelations made less than 7 days from reservation date will not get their deposit back and also be charged a $65 cancelation fee.

 Our Hours:

Monday to Saturday from 7am to 6pm.

You will be given detailed contact information and instructions for contacting us after hours when you pick up your van.

Proof of Insurance:

Drivers can upload proof of insurance at any time on our Upload Insurance Page. This page can be found in the top menu and footer menu of every page of our website.

Driver’s License & Insurance:

Drivers must have a valid USA or Canada licence and be 25+ years old.

Drivers must submit proof full coverage insurance.

All accidents must be reported immediately. Stay as calm and as safe as possible and call the police, then us.

Only one additional driver is permitted.

Security Deposit:

We require a security deposit of $1000 to cover incidents causing damage. The security deposit is reduced to covered by your insurance. This includes damage to the canopy (cloth and hardware), mirrors, window or windscreen damage, impact with stationary objects, driver negligence, or returning the van late, damage to the tires, camping gear, all equiptment and supplies that come stocked in the van, etc. It is your responibility to notify us of anything that has broken or been damaged.


Part of the security deposit will be withheld if the van is not returned clean.


Part of the security deposit will be withheld if the van is not returned with the gas tank full. Fuel used will be decucted from your security deposit at a rate of $7 per gallon.


A supply list of the equipment included in the van and a damage form will be provided for you to complete before you begin your adventure.


Dirt Roads | Polihale | Mahalepu:

We currently do not have 4WD vans that are designed to go on dirt roads or the sand. Van rantals are not allowd to go off road, to Polihale or Mahaleu.

If you try going to Polihale and get stuck in the mud or sand there will be an $650 “Polihale Rescue” charge taken out of your deposit.
